Tell us your idea or what type of image you need. Your specific instructions will help us achieve what you want.

We will complete in a reasonable time, agreeing on delivery dates / deadlines.

DRAFTS

Upon receipt of 30% of the amount payable we will start to develop drafts from which you can choose.
Finally, we will create the final image.

PRODUCTION

You can always monitor the process, even in the final production phase.

DELIVERY

Upon balance of the amount payable, we will send the image to your address or send you the high resolution file in the formats you prefer.

We will send you an invoice after every payment.

What we can’t do

It should be taken for granted, but we would like to clarify, that we do not want to be contacted by anyone who does not intend to pay for the work they require. Creating images requires a lot of time, expensive materials and years of study and practice, therefore the work must be paid for, as outlined on this website.

Furthermore, I do NOT want to work on issues that have relevance to demons, Satanism, occultism, vampires, spiritism, eroticism, pornography, politics, religion, pedophilia, gore, brutal violence, horror or splatter styles and everything related to these areas.

I would like to create images suitable for anyone and for any age and I won't draw anything that I'm uncomfortable with. I reserve the right to decide whether or not to accept any proposal with prior reading of the scripts.

What does the cost depend on?

Sizes/Quantity
As in all sectors, quantity is a cost factor.

Complexity

The level of complexity is influenced and takes into consideration, the duration of the creative process, the amount of detail, the complexity of the ideas to be communicated, the refinement and the degree of originality that you want to pursue.

Technique
Projects may require study and preparation, of different levels of commitment and duration, as well as the use of particular and expensive materials or technologies which may have required long and specific training and / or constant updating. Remember: "To make an ugly drawing, it takes a second!"

Special Request
The request for particular or atypical formats that require a design commitment, may result in an increase in the total cost.
A certain support and the size of the format is a clear cost factor.

The characters copyrighted © or covered by trademark ™ are single ones artworks and the rights to them belong to the creator and to their owners.
Marco Russo Art distances himself from any liability related to the incorrect use of these images.

Marco Russo Art requires everyone to respect these rights according to law:

IMAGE PATERNITY RIGHTS

The author, when creating the work, through the creative impulse, acquires copyright.

The right to paternity. The first paragraph (comma) of art. 20 L.d.A.(Italian constitution) establishes that "regardless of the rights of economic use of the work [...] and even after the transfer of the rights themselves, the author retains the right to claim the authorship of the work and to oppose any deformation, mutilation or other modification, and to any act to the detriment of the work itself which may be detrimental to his honor or reputation ".

DISCLOSURE RIGHTS

The right of disclosure. Art. 21 L.d.A. (Italian constitution) establishes that "the author of an anonymous or pseudonymous work always has the right to reveal himself and to make known his quality as an author in court. Notwithstanding any previous contrary agreement, the assignees of the author who has revealed themselves must indicate their name in the publications, reproductions, transcriptions, performances, performances, recitations and diffusion or in any other form of demonstration or announcement to the public ".

You have to reveal the artist by indicating the author's name and the author's website.

This clause is imperative
