Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment of the price of the Products and the related shipping costs must be made by the Customer according to one of the methods provided on the Site: Paypal, credit card from all over the world, or advance bank transfer.

2. In case of payment by credit card, at the conclusion of the online transaction, all financial information (card number, expiry date, etc.) will be automatically forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to the relevant banking institution which will debit the Customer's current account with the payment of the amount relating to the purchase made, without MARCO RUSSO ART. (also called Supplier) or third parties may have access to it.

No MARCO RUSSO ART computer archive stores such data. Under no circumstances, therefore, can the Supplier be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for the purchased Products.

3. The Supplier reserves the right to request the Customer to send a copy of identity documents proving ownership of the credit card used for payment. In the absence of the required documentation, the Supplier may not accept the order.

4. In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the amount ordered by the Customer will be kept busy until notification is received from the appointed bank. The ordered Products will be sent only upon definitive crediting of the sum due to the Supplier's current account, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order reference number, the name and surname of the Customer, or the company if it is a legal person. Once the deadlines have expired, the order will be automatically canceled.

5. In the event of cancellation of the order by the Customer or non-acceptance by the Supplier, the same will request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. Cancellation is possible only before notification of shipment of the Products ordered via email. Once the cancellation operation has been carried out, MARCO RUSSO ART can in no way be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by the delay of the operation itself and consequential.

6. Direct Credit Card Payment

You can pay by credit card directly to MARCO RUSSO ART by simply communicating your credit card number via telephone, fax, or through two separate e-mails (splitting the card number in two-plus its expiry date).

The charge will be made ONLY when your purchase is shipped.

Return Policy

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185/99, the Customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract and to return any ordered Products already delivered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with a return receipt. to MARCO RUSSO ART – Via Sarzanese Valdera 145A – Cascine di Buti – PISA – CAP 56032 – ITALY, within 14 days of receipt of the Products.

The communication indicated above can be sent, within the same deadline, by e-mail, provided it is confirmed, by registered letter with return receipt, within 48 hours of sending the e-mail.

The return of the product must take place in the original delivery packaging or in any case in packaging suitable for the transport of glass via courier/forwarding agent (e.g.: repair each product individually with paper or other material (bubble wrap) to protect it from impacts and external shipping cardboard that is resistant and robust to allow suitable transport without damage).

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety (still sealed); it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased or partly consumed;

the lack of external packaging and/or wrapping containing the purchased product;

damage to the product from the original packaging (including any damage caused during transport, delivery and return of the goods);

shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer;

If the withdrawal is made in accordance with the conditions indicated above, the amount paid for the Products and delivery costs will be credited to the buyer at his choice by bank transfer (to his account) or Paypal refund within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods.

Upon receipt of the goods, MARCO RUSSO ART reserves the right to check the goods received in all the conditions indicated above.

If the above points are not respected, the right of withdrawal is completely lost.

Right of withdrawal

1. Pursuant to Art. 5 Legislative Decree 185/99, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty, and without justified reason, within 14 working days of delivery of the goods.

This provision is applicable only to consumers, as defined by article 1 of the aforementioned decree, i.e. to natural persons who purchase for purposes not related to and unrelated to their professional activity. There is no right of withdrawal for professional customers, natural or legal persons, who act in reference to the purchase contract in a professional context.

2. 3. The right of withdrawal is also subject to the following conditions:

the withdrawal must concern all the Products and not just a part of them;

the Products must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);

the Products must be sent in a single shipment, no later than 14 working days from receipt of the same via: [indicate how the products must be sent. Example: GLS Courier]

4. Shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer. The goods, until received by the Supplier, are under the responsibility of the Customer.

5. If the withdrawal is exercised according to the methods provided for in these general conditions, the Supplier will reimburse the Customer, within 15 days of receipt of the goods, and in any case no later than 30 days from the notice of withdrawal, the entire amount already paid, net of any shipping costs.

6. If the conditions set out in point 5 are not respected, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the sums already paid; he may, however, at his own expense, request the return of the Products as returned to the Supplier. Otherwise, MARCO RUSSO ART is entitled to retain the Products, as well as the sums received.
